What can your email templates be used for?

We deliver email marketing design for any number of uses. General branded communications, email marketing campaigns, EDM mail outs, notifications, newsletters - you name it.

Do you integrate with MailChimp?

Yes! In fact, that's the most common requirement from our clients. We can install your email template into your MailChimp account and also integrate the dynamic editing features to give you a great content building experience. We also support Campaign Monitor and others.

Can your email templates be used with any other email systems?

Yes, we can integrate with Campaign Monitor and any other email system you need. 

Do you generate performance reports

When using MailChimp their system automatically generates detailed reports about email performance including number of emails opened, number of click-throughs and the click-through rate of each campaign.

Do you work with Mandrill?

We've done some great work with Mandrill. This is the tool you need if you want to create dynamically generated emails that are sent to different segments of your subscriber base. IT's a powerful tool and we've produced some great results with it. Ask us about putting together a Mandrill package for you.

Do you create repeating content blocks?

Absolutely! That's part of the power of the MailChimp system and something our clients find extremely useful. Once we create a new layout section for your template, we'll enable it to be repeated using the built in MailChimp functionality.

Are your files well tested?

We use email on acid to do extensive cross platform testing of our html email templates. This allows us to test the email responsive layouts across all the major iOS, Android, Windows and Apple email clients. Including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and more.

Do you design email signatures?

Yes we do! These are what we'd consider an extra small package - get in touch and we'll determine your needs to provide a quick quote.

Will my emails get caught in spam filters?

We build emails with the best practice HTML code so that there's nothing that would be of extra concern to spam filters. That being said, the problem is not usually because of the email code itself, but because of the server it was sent from, or the IP address that may have been black listed. Because of that we can't have any direct influence over if your emails will be considered spam or not.

Can we have animated GIFs?

Yes! Animated Gifs can be a really charming addition to an email signature or template, if use correctly! The trick is restraint. We've had some great results using Gifs on client email templates to add just a little bit of pizzazz.

What does "Complex Header" mean?

Where as the Small package allows for a single image to be used as the header, a 'complex header' allows for a mixture of images and text to be used with integrated text links and buttons .

What do you mean by "Image and text content block variation"

Our edm design templates are designed to provide you with a pre-defined layout for your communications. We build these layouts as a series of "content blocks" that define a specific image/text layout section. Each one of these sections is it's own discrete task to design and built and this is the way we establish the cost. The good thing about this building block style approach is that it allows you to add as many instances of any given block as suits your needs.

How long will it take for you to build our email marketing design template?
