Code and Visual partnered with Omaya, a prestige property development company with a long history of high-end projects, to design and deliver a website that reflected their quality and experience. The goal was to establish a confident online presence that serves as a digital calling card for the public – helping the company project its legitimacy and professionalism to those seeking to learn more about them.

Challenge

Omaya had developed an impressive portfolio of architectural and residential projects but lacked an online presence that matched their stature. They didn’t need a site focused on sales or lead generation; instead, they wanted something understated yet sophisticated – a place that would meet the expectations of anyone hearing about the business for the first time and looking to confirm their credibility.

The challenge was to craft a site that was visually approachable and easy to navigate, without leaning into a hard sell or cluttered layout.

Approach

We kept the experience simple, refined, and image-led. Using striking photography and aerial shots, we created a one-page website that showcased Omaya’s developments in a clean, cohesive way.

Built using our Business Package framework, the site offers all the inclusions of a full-featured WordPress build – intuitive content management, responsive design, and best-practice on-page SEO – while remaining highly efficient and cost-effective.

Our fine-tuned launch checklist ensured every best-practice measure was in place, including:
