When one of Australia’s most established construction companies needed an engaging way to train their staff, they turned to Code and Visual to build a gamified eLearning quiz for their organisation.
‘The ADCO Way’ was built to foster a unified understanding of the business and help re-enforce an awareness throughout the company of the proper processes in the many different stages of development.
The underlying quiz system was built to allow for targeted learning depending on job role, with a leader board system to help generate friendly competition. The scalable backend allows for learning content to be curated and for the question pool to grow as additional learning is added.
