We designed and developed this sophisticated email newsletter with deep integration into the Policy Forum website and CRM.
Using the Mandrill system with Mailchimp, targeted emails are sent out on bulk to those subscribers that have indicated interest in particular topics. The powerful CRM functionality provides topical information to readers rather than bombarding them with content that has no relevance to them.
The end result is two-fold, increasing user retention as well as quality engagement with the website.
