Wanting to update their hugely influential website, the team at New Mandala came to Code and Visual. New Mandala is possibly the ANU’s most highly active web destination, with some articles gaining the sort of readership and social media traction that most academic publications can only dream of.
Having seen our work on other social policy websites such as The Policy Forum, New Mandala commissioned us to completely revitalise the design and structure of their site. This was no small task – with a 10 year legacy the site contained over 5000 articles which we needed to migrate along with countless comments and thousands of users. We did all this along with a move to a new dedicated domain with little to no down time.
