‘Redfern Now’ is a landmark Australian television series centred around the lives of current day residents and visitors to “The Block” in Redfern, Sydney. Code and Visual produced interactive screen graphics for the 6 part series.
For these scenes the script called for one of the characters to use the website of an online banking system.
Rather than ask an actor to control an actual web browser live on camera, Code and Visual created realistic interactive screen graphics that could be installed on to prop computers, allowing the on-screen talent to focus on their performance instead.
