PICA – Living Score Quiz

Our Gamification approach

Working with our gamification system, we created a lead magnet for PICA in the shape of an Animated Self-Assessment Quiz. Compared to a standard submission form, the quiz motivated users with a layer of interactive engagement, guided by an animated avatar.

We designed and animated the PICA pooch as a friendly and approachable guide through the quiz. Users are presented a series of questions to assess their current strata management service, and then provided with insights into the ways the PICA can help to improve their experiences.

Data Capture

Technically, the user behaviours are captured via Google Analytics and upon completion of the quiz, users are taken to an integrated Salesforce form where their personal data is captured. Any suitable CRM could be integrated into our system in this manner.

Motivating Lead Capture

The friendly avatar elevates the quiz assessment’s value proposition as a lead magnet, significantly enriching the user engagement potential. With businesses looking for new alternatives to PDFs, eBooks and the like as lead magnets, the interactive survey provides something novel with scope for adding new interaction and narrative based components.
